The research
platform built
for Canada.
Most survey platforms were built for the US market and adapted for Canada as an afterthought. Quali-Fi went the other direction. Your data stays in Canada. Your surveys run in French or English. And your team ships insights without spending half its time managing compliance risk.
US survey tools create
real risk for Canadian organizations.
When your survey data crosses the border, even briefly, Canadian privacy law still holds you accountable. Four regulations most research teams don't think about until it's too late.
PIPEDA (Federal)
Your organization stays accountable for respondent data even when it's processed by a foreign vendor. Choosing a US-hosted tool doesn't transfer your privacy obligations. It adds cross-border risk on top of them.
FederalQuebec Law 25
Fully in force since September 2023. Any transfer of personal data outside Quebec requires a completed Privacy Impact Assessment. Penalties reach $25M CAD. Collecting survey responses from Quebec residents with a US-hosted tool puts you in violation without one.
QuebecBC & NS FIPPA
Public sector bodies in British Columbia and Nova Scotia, including universities, hospitals, and government agencies, are legally required to store and access personal information only within Canada. US-hosted platforms are prohibited outright.
BC & NS Public SectorFederal Protected B
Treasury Board's Direction for Electronic Data Residency requires that Protected B and higher data be stored and processed in Canada. Most federal survey data qualifies, making US-hosted tools non-compliant for government research programs.
Federal GovernmentSurvey. Qual. AI analysis.
One platform. No compliance tradeoffs.
Most research teams are running three tools where one would do. Quali-Fi combines survey, qualitative research, and AI analysis in a single platform, so you spend less time on logistics and more time on work that actually matters.
AI-Powered Analysis
Quali-Fi reads your open-ended responses and identifies themes, sentiment, and segments automatically. What used to take an analyst two days takes minutes. The insight was always there. You're just getting to it sooner.
Flexible Survey Builder
Build multilingual surveys with branching logic, skip patterns, and custom question types. Built for research professionals, not basic feedback forms.
Qualitative Research Tools
Run online discussion boards, in-depth interviews, and community research panels, all in the same platform. No separate tools, no data fragmentation, no extra licensing.
Participant Management
Recruit, screen, schedule, and incentivize research participants from a single dashboard. Manage your panel or bring your own. Quali-Fi handles the operational side so your team doesn't have to.
Canadian Data Centres
Every byte of data collected, processed, and stored in Canadian infrastructure. No cross-border transfers, no CLOUD Act exposure, no last-minute PIA scrambles before a Quebec project.
Bilingual EN/FR
Full French and English support across the entire platform: the researcher interface, participant-facing surveys, and automated reports. Built in, not bolted on.
Built around how
Canadian research actually works.
Not a US product with a Canadian checkbox. Quali-Fi was designed from the start for the teams, compliance requirements, and bilingual realities that define research in this country.
Agencies
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Deliver polished reports faster without the operational overhead that eats into margins.
In-House Teams
Keep your organization's research data in-house and compliant. No IT tickets, no separate procurement cycles for every new study.
Public Sector
Meet FIPPA, Protected B, and departmental data residency requirements without sacrificing research capability or speed.
Institutions
Conduct studies that satisfy ethics board requirements for Canadian data handling, with the qualitative research tools your methodology demands.
Canadian research
teams run on Quali-Fi.
Available to Canadian organizations of any size. No long-term contracts. Your data never crosses the border.
